Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon–Fri). Once shipped, transit time is typically 5–7 business days. The total delivery time is 6–9 business days (processing + transit).

We use reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on your location and order size.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return or refund?

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge restocking fees on returns.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Please contact us to start an exchange request.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return it after delivery.
